U Win Bo
Founder and Managing Director
U Win Bo has more than 30 years of collective experience in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment, Quality, Engineering and Teaching. He holds a Master of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from Rangoon Institute of Technology. After graduating with his first degree he worked as a university teacher, mining engineer, marine engineer, risk consultant and safety and health professional. He is the Exclusive Authorized Trainer for all OSHAcademy, USA courses and certificate programs in Myanmar, and currently serves as Director of the World Safety Organization, National Office for Myanmar. He has written numerous articles on safety, health and environmental subjects for SISO, ASSP, the World Safety Journal and Myanmar Engineering Society publications.

Dr. Adrian Estes
Senior Consultant and Trainer
Dr. Adrian Estes has more than 30 years of experience in training occupational health and safety for various industries. He obtained his PhD in Safety Management from Greenwich University, Hawaii, USA and earned a Master of Arts in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Vermont College of Norwich University, Montpelier, Vermont, USA.

U San Nyunt
Consultant and Trainer
U San Nyunt has over 40 years of academic, research and training experience at Yangon Technological University. His primary fields of interest are occupational safety, health and environmental technology, and mineral industry project development, operations and related laws, rules and regulations. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from Rangoon Institute of Technology, and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science in 1983.

Daw Aye Aye Myint
Workplace Safety and Health Officer, Trainer
Daw Aye Aye Myint holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and a Master of Research in Physics from Yangon University, together with a Master of Science degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology from the National University of Singapore. She presently works as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer, an Environmental Control Officer and a trainer.

U Chit Ko Pe
Construction Safety Consultant
U Chit Ko Pe has a collective 28 years of experience in the construction industry, holding a Master of Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from the then Rangoon Institute of Technology. He served as an Assistant Engineer in Road Transport Administration in Myanmar from 1989 to 1993 before working as a civil engineer in Singapore with international construction companies, and switched entirely to the Workplace Safety and Health profession in 2002. His commitment to WSH earned him a Certificate of Commendation for the WSH Officer Award 2012, conferred by Singapore's WSH Council and Ministry of Manpower, making him the first Myanmar national to receive such an award on foreign soil.

U Tint Lwin
Process Safety and Loss Prevention Consultant
U Tint Lwin possesses an MEng from the National University of Singapore and a BE from Rangoon Institute of Technology, both in Chemical Engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience across teaching, research and process design in the oil and gas industry. As a principal engineer for process design and loss prevention in an international engineering, procurement and construction company, he was involved in offsite storage terminal and refinery plant projects. He is well conversant in the international codes and standards NFPA, API, IP and OCIMF, and in standards for global insurance players such as UL, FM and GSPA.

Dr. Su Su Min
Environmental and Fire Safety Consultant
Dr. Su Su Min holds a PhD in Industrial Chemistry, an MSc in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology, an MSc in Engineering Chemistry and a BSc Honours in Industrial Chemistry. She has been actively involved in workplace safety and health since 2009, when she pursued further study in Singapore. Her 12 years of work experience is equally divided between university faculty and workplace safety and health practice.
